This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Soul! mobile application
(the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information. By using the App you
agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your
email address and authentication credentials, managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
Content you create. The AI souls you create and their names, traits,
and personalities; conversation and encounter history; messages you send; items, gifts,
and inventory; and any media (images, videos, audio) generated for you within the App.
Purchase information. When you buy coins or a subscription, the
transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage
purchase and subscription status. We receive purchase identifiers and entitlement status,
not your payment-card details.
Bluetooth & proximity data. With your permission, the App uses
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to detect other nearby devices running the App so your souls
can have proximity “encounters.” Android may require a location permission to
perform Bluetooth scanning; the App does not collect or store your precise geographic
location.
Push notification token. A device messaging token (via Firebase Cloud
Messaging) so we can send you notifications about encounters and gifts. You can disable
notifications at any time in your device settings.
Diagnostic data. Basic technical and usage information used to operate,
secure, and improve the App.
How We Use Information
To provide and operate the App’s features.
To generate AI conversations, voices, and images for your souls.
To process and validate purchases and subscriptions.
To send notifications you have enabled.
To maintain security and improve the service.
AI Processing
The App uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers to generate soul
conversations, voices, and images. Content you submit or that your souls generate may be
transmitted to and processed by these providers solely to produce that content. We do not
use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell your personal information.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers
that help us operate the App, including:
Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, cloud
functions, and messaging.
Google Play Billing & RevenueCat — purchase and subscription
processing.
AI model providers — generation of text, voice, and image content.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and
security of our users and the App.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion
of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below, after
which your data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to
any legal retention requirements.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your
jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe
a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the “Last updated” date above.
